I appreciated all of Martha's communication and leadership.

Martha was encouraging in her approach and displayed a genuine interest in our success. She made sure to engage all of us. Everyone seemed to feel very comfortable in the environment that she created. I really liked the three goals and plan that we walked away with at the end of the project.

Martha did a really good job in facilitating and leading the meeting. There was plenty of conversation and participation to reach our goals. I learned a lot. She is knowledgeable and on-point.
